Shipping & Local Pickup Policy
We deliver our premium, Ready to Assemble (RTA) cabinets directly to your home or job site. Because our cabinets pack flat, we pass the shipping savings directly on to you. We also offer free in store pickup for everything from small hardware parts to complete full-kitchen freight orders.
Our Shipping Rates
  • Orders under $400.00: $49.00 Flat-Rate Shipping (Ships via Ground Parcel).
  • Orders $400.00 to $1,999.99: $275.00 Flat-Rate Freight (Ships via Palletized LTL Freight).
  • Orders $2,000.00 and up: 350.00
Free In-Store Pickup Options
Avoid shipping fees completely by picking up your order directly from our location.
  • Small Parts & Hardware: Soft-close hinges, drawer rails/slides, handles, knobs, and small accessories can be picked up at our main desk.
  • Large Freight & Cabinet Orders: Full kitchen setups, pantries, and multi-cabinet orders can be picked up at our loading zone once they arrive at our facility.
Vehicle Requirements for Large Order Pickups:
To ensure a safe transit, customers picking up large cabinet orders must bring a suitable vehicle.
  • Accepted Vehicles: Full-size pickup trucks, cargo vans, box trucks, or heavy-duty enclosed utility trailers.
  • Not Accepted: Standard sedans, compact SUVs, or crossovers. Flat-packed cabinets are heavy and bulky; we cannot load freight orders into vehicles that compromise road safety.
  • Securing Your Load: Please bring your own heavy-duty ratchet straps, moving blankets, and tie downs. Our team will help load the cargo into your vehicle, but securing the load safely is the vehicle owner's responsibility. 
Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. For large freight orders, we will contact you to coordinate a specific pickup window once your shipment arrives at our dock.
Delivery Methods for Shipped Orders
  • Small Orders: Shipped via standard ground carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Smaller accessory orders and hardware packages typically ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail. Tracking numbers will be emailed upon shipment.
  • Large Orders (Freight): Shipped via a Less Than Truckload (LTL) freight carrier.
Freight Delivery & Unloading Requirements
  1. Curbside Delivery: Freight deliveries are curbside only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground at the end of your driveway using a liftgate.
  2. Driver Unloading Liability: Our store is not responsible for the actions or assistance of the third-party freight drivers during delivery. Drivers are only required to drop the pallet at the curb. They are under no obligation to move freight up driveways, into garages, or inside a home. Any manual unloading of boxes from the pallet is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  3. Delivery Appointment: The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery window. An adult (18+) must be present to sign.
  4. Access Restrictions: If your delivery location is a tight residential street, cul de sac, or active construction zone that cannot fit a full sized semi truck, please contact us prior to ordering.
